On March 21, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) held the launch ceremony for the multi-service application HTVm.

As part of a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at digital transformation and sustainable development, HTV has partnered with VNPT to research and develop the HTVm application, which provides digital television services on the Internet-based OTT (Over-the-Top) platform. The HTVm app is now available on iOS, Android, and Smart TV operating systems, offering free multi-platform television services to the public via the Internet. It delivers a high-quality entertainment experience, diverse content, and advanced features tailored to the needs and preferences of viewers.

HTVm offers outstanding features, including:

+ Premium Content – A library of high-quality visuals and immersive sound, providing diverse experiences in news, sports, entertainment, movies, culture, and events, all free of charge.

+ Live Events & Breaking News – Allows users to follow and interact with real-time news coverage directly from the scene, ensuring accuracy and continuous updates. This also includes exclusive Livestream events organized by HTV.

+ E-commerce – Enables users to shop via live-streamed sessions with numerous attractive promotions from HTV and its partners. HTVm ensures quality and credibility by carefully selecting and verifying listed products, providing the best shopping experience.

+ Music Charts features modern platforms, live-streaming music, and interactive voting systems for ranking charts within music event series.

+ DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) Advertising Management System – a professional and convenient system for booking, monitoring, and optimizing TV advertising campaigns. It ensures user-friendliness, flexibility, security, and seamless control.
