Specifically, VinaPhone provides customers in areas affected by Typhoon Yagi in 6 provinces including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Hung Yen, and Hanoi with free 100 minutes of domestic calling (internal/external network) and 15Gb Data within 3 days from the time of receiving the notification message. This policy of VinaPhone will help people feel secure in updating their families while overcoming the consequences of the super storm. In addition, VinaPhone also supports Internet and television fees for thousands of customers whose services were interrupted during the storm. VinaPhone is currently continuously updating the situation and supporting customers via text messages and 24/7 customer service hotline.
