One of the top priorities for many businesses today is finding digital technology solutions to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance work efficiency while driving revenue growth. In response to this demand, oneSME - a digital marketplace developed by VNPT to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) - has emerged as a solution that partially satisfies the "thirst" for digital technology among Vietnam’s SME community, especially in the context of the extensive implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

The oneSME marketplace not only allows customers to select and subscribe to telecommunications products and services online but also serves as a marketing and promotion channel, enabling businesses to reach customers and partners more directly and widely. Particularly, with a wide range of fully online products, the platform ensures legal transparency, making enterprise document management simpler and more convenient compared to traditional methods.

Currently, oneSME offers nearly 100 products, not only from VNPT but also from more than 20 reputable partners. By 2025, the platform aims to expand its ecosystem, diversify its product portfolio, and upgrade AI technology to optimize user experience. The goal is to reach 500,000 active accounts generating transactions. oneSME will focus on developing an affiliate marketing system to help businesses easily grow their online sales channels. In 2024 alone, total transactions on oneSME reached approximately VND 600 billion.

Following the directives outlined in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the guidance of the government, VNPT will concentrate on key strategic tasks in the coming period. Specifically, by 2025, VNPT plans to deploy extensive 5G coverage with around 20,000 5G stations across 63 provinces and cities, ensuring fast and robust connectivity infrastructure to support the effective application of digital technology for various organizations and enterprises.

Additionally, VNPT is making significant investments in artificial intelligence (AI) applications, including its integration into oneSME, to build a comprehensive digital ecosystem. This initiative will facilitate SMEs' access to digital services, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s digital economy in alignment with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW highlights that science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation are the main driving forces for modernizing production, refining production relations, and reforming national governance methods. "Therefore, VNPT and digital technology enterprises play a crucial role in popularizing technology across various economic sectors, from healthcare and education to agriculture and industrial production, thereby contributing to socio-economic development. With its experience in national digital transformation projects, VNPT is ready to provide policy consultation and recommendations to ensure breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation," affirmed Tô Dũng Thái, Chairman of the VNPT Member Council.
