Deployed in nearly 40 provinces/cities, accounting for 47% of the country's market share, the digital citizen application - vnCitizens developed by VNPT has truly become an important communication channel in the digital transformation process.

Established with the goal of becoming an important communication channel in the digital transformation, vnCitizens helps create connections between the Government, management agencies and people in a convenient and effective way. Citizens can submit applications online, look up progress and receive results quickly. In addition, the application also supports additional functions such as digitally signing records, personal records, online payments, data warehouse... helping citizens save time and effort when performing administrative procedures.

Furthermore, citizens can send feedback and recommendations directly through the application, track the petition processing process, thus helping to quickly grasp information about their petitions at any time and anywhere. At the same time, vnCitizens is also a powerful interactive tool, helping the government easily access and interact with people effectively.

With a microservice/SaaS model design, an easily scalable architecture, multi-language support, easy integration, and high performance, vnCitizens is capable of providing services for everyone across the country or for other countries.

According to VNPT, from 2025 - 2030, the vnCitiCzens application will be expanded to potential international markets such as Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar...

After a period of implementation, the vnCitizens digital citizen application developed by VNPT won the Top 4.0 Vietnam Industry Award in 2023 from the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and received the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products for digital government at the Make in Viet Nam Digital Technology Product Awards 2023.
