VNPT has recently inaugurated VNPT Hanoi Intelligence Operation Center (VNPT Hanoi IOC). At this ceremony, the Hanoi People's Committee awarded a Decision with a Certificate to VNPT, recognizing the VNPT Hanoi IOC as a project celebrating the 70th anniversary of the capital city’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2024).

VNPT Hanoi IOC is a centralized monitoring and operating system, creating a unified database and connecting with other systems of the Group.  The center has the ability to monitor warnings and centrally operate fixed, mobile, transmission broadband network systems, air conditioning power sources, and IOT smart station monitoring systems throughout the city.

Putting VNPT Hanoi IOC into operation contributes to improving the ability to intelligently operate the entire system of providing VT-IT services and digital services of VNPT Hanoi; From there, it has a direct impact on improving the unit's service provision capacity for Party committees, authorities, businesses and people of Hanoi.

Putting IOC VNPT Hanoi into operation is a practical content, marking a step forward in the digital transformation process. At the same time, it shows the VNPT's efforts in implementing Resolutions and Plans of the Capital authorities at all levels on Digital Transformation, building a smart Hanoi City by 2025 and orientation to 2030.
