Solving the identification paradox with VNPT eKYC

Lauched since June 16th, 2020, up to now, there have been a huge number of customers successfully identified on VNPT Pay via VNPT eKYC.

Fast and convenient for cashiers and customers is what clear about VNPT eKYC – researched and developed by VNPT-IT. With just simple maneuvers like photographing customers’ ID cards, photographing customers, eKYC-integrated with VNPT VinaPhone’s CCBS software- will automatically and accurately verify customers’ data. Only in January and February of 2020, the number peaked at 3 million verification requests per month.
