VNPT – the best fixed broadband provider in Vietnam

The State-owned telecom giant Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has been honoured with the prestigious award – “Best Fixed Broadband Provider in Vietnam”.

The Outstanding Broadband & ISP Awards 2020 were announced on March 27^{th in} in Hanoi. Accordingly, VNPT has been honoured in the category of the Best Fixed Broadband Provider in Vietnam. This award was given by International Data Group (IDG) in Vietnam and The Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam.

The awards are based on the results of the survey “Assessing Customers’ Satisfaction in 2020".

IDG is the world's leading technology media, data and marketing services company. Established in 1964 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, IDG’s products and services are provided for 280 million technological users in 97 countries.

The survey was carried out from January 1^st 2020 to March 15^th 2020 with the participation of over 5000 people in 12 province and big cities in Vietnam.
