VNPT Pay and the one-year journey with the National Public Service Portal

As the first e-wallet integrated on the National Public Service Portal, VNPT Pay is making a significant contribution in digitally transforming administrative procedures, improving the efficiency of state management and creating convenience for citizens.

After one year of official operation, the National Public Service Portal has acquired more than 400 thousand registered accounts and serves more than 99 million visitors. Along with that, the system digitized 2,700 public services and synchronized status of more than 27.2 million records of 84 ministries, branches, central and local agencies.
