    Accompanying people nationwide during the difficult period caused by the Covid-19 epidemic, VNPT continues to implement many customer support policies for the Group's telecommunications services.

    Accordingly, for local customers who are implementing social distancing under Directive 16, each VinaPhone subscriber will be given an additional 50 minutes of on-net calls. For customers nationwide, VNPT offers an additional 50% of Data capacity but does not change the tariff for all packages when customers renew or register for a new one. The above support programs will be applied from August 5th, 2021 and will last for 3 months.

During this period, digital platforms and technology platforms continue to be upgraded. We are always ready to use all resources, implement maximum support policies to share difficulties with people and help people rest assured against the epidemic."
