On April 19, 2024, VNPT and Kien Giang Provincial Police signed a cooperation agreement.
The purposes of the cooperation agreement include some basic contents as follows: on the basis of existing human and equipment resources, Kien Giang Provincial Police and VNPT will coordinate to share telecommunications resources, telecommunications projects, telecommunications infrastructure,... to promote comprehensive digital transformation; develop telecommunications infrastructure - information technology and specialized databases, etc. to ensure modernity, safety, and smoothness, making Kien Giang Provincial Police and VNPT the leading unit in digital infrastructure in the province.
The signing ceremony of a digital transformation agreement with Kien Giang Provincial Police is the next solid foundation that VNPT will build in order to contribute to the province's digital transformation journey in the near future. The agreement is aimed to maximize the strengths of both parties, mobilize combined resources to support each other in performing functions and tasks well to improve the operational efficiency of each side, and at the same time contribute to bringing common benefits to the local government and local people.
